Special Meeting—May 27, 2003
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM by Mayor J. Bert Mahoney. Also present were Trustees Kelts, Rocque and VanDervoort.
Trustee Pascucci was absent.Treasurer Gorham and Clerk O’Brien also attended.
The purpose of the meeting was to issue the village tax warrant for June 1 and to approve payment of several fiscal year-end vouchers.
Trustee Kelts offered the Resolution # to authorize a tax warrant in the amount of $225,578. Trustee Rocque offered the second.
All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.
Trustee Kelts offered a Resolution # to pay the bills presented on the special abstract, totaling $3,444.64, upon approval of the department
heads and the village board. Trustee Rocque offered the second; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.
Mayor Mahoney gave a progress report on the cleanup of the Broad St. fire debris and briefly described a report of village sewers requested
by NY State Dept. of Environmental Conservation. The parade route and program for the Fife and Drum Muster on Saturday, May 31, were also
discussed. As there was no further business to be transacted, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55PM.
