Special Meeting—May 31, 2005

            The meeting was called for the purpose of completing the fiscal year-end business.  Those attending were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Rocque and Trustee VanDervoort, Clerk O’Brien and Treasurer Fletcher.  Also present were John Holihan and Anne Savage from River Street Planning, and Lisa Rodriguez from TAP, who summarized the progress of the current Façade Program.  There are 8 applications at this time.

            Trustee Rocque offered Resolution #       to reapply for a Streetscape Grant.

Trustee VanDervoort offered the second.  All voted Yes.

            Mayor Mahoney announced a General Fundabstract in the amount of $54,773.77.

Trustee VanDervoort moved to pay these bills upon approval of  the department heads and the Village Board.  The motion carried unanimously.

            Trustee Rocque offered Resolution #       to approve the following budget transfers:

            $12,000. from A1170 to A8510.4

            $215.33 from A1990.4 to A1620.4

            $2,750. from A1990.4 to A7110.4

            $1,900. from A7620.1 to A8510.4

            $2,000. from A8170.4 to A8160.4

            $2,000. from A8189.4 to A8160.4

            $6,000. from A1990.4 to A8160.4

            $7,000. from A1990.4 to A8510.4

Trustee VanDervoort offered the second.  All voted Yes.      

            The meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
