Special Meeting—June 27, 2005

            The meeting was called to order at 7pm for the purpose of appointing Summer Park’s Counselors.  Those attending were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelts, Trustee Pascucci, Trustee Rocque and Trustee VanDervoort.  Also present was Treasurer Fletcher.

            Trustee Pascucci offered Resolution #       to appoint the following Summer Park’s Counselors for the period from June 29^th through August 12^th at a rate of $6.95:

Kyle Williams- Full Time

Nicholas Janiszak- Full Time

Erica Clickner- Part Time

Kristine Benoit- Part Time

Courtney O’Connor- Part Time.

Trustee Kelts offered the second.  All voted Yes.

            Mayor Mahoney offered Resolution #       to raise Vickie Kelts’ salary from $350.00 to $367.50 per week.

Trustee Pascucci offered the second.  Trustee Kelts abstained from voting. All remaining Board Members voted Yes.

            The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
