Special—Jan.26, 2006

            The special meeting was called to order at 12:30PM, for the purpose of approving an interest payment.  Present were Mayor J. Bert Mahoney, Trustee Kelts and Trustee Rocque.  Also present were Clerk O’Brien and Treasurer Thompson.

            Trustee Kelts offered Resolution #      to approve the semi-annual interest payment of $5,347.49 due to Pioneer Bank on the loan for the new fire truck.  The second was offered by Trustee Rocque.  Both Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.  A Special Projects Fund abstract was approved in the amount of $5,347.49.

            Trustee Kelts  moved that the mayor be authorized to sign a contract with Riberdy  Inc. for the Village salting, plowing, and snow removal for 2006.  Trustee Rocque seconded the motion and all voted Yes.

            There was no further business.  The meeting was adjourned at 12:40PM
