Special Meeting—Nov. 8, 2007

            Purpose of the meeting was the refinancing of the StreetScape Bond. The meeting was called to order at 2:05 PM.  Present were Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Kelts, Rocque and VanDervoort.  Trustee Pascucci was absent.

            Trustee Kelts moved to refinance the amount of $100,000. at 3.90% for another 12 months.  Trustee Rocque offered the second.  All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.

            There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:10 PM.
