Special Meeting—March 29, 2007

            The meeting was opened at 2PM.  Those present were Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Pascucci, VanDervoort,, and Rocque.  Trustee Kelts was absent due to illness.

            The tentative budget for fiscal year 2007-2008 was presented to the Board.  Trustee Rocque moved to call for a Public Hearing on the budget on Wed., April 11 at 7 PM .  Trustee Pascucci seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.

            Trustee Rocque moved to include the following in the Public Hearing on Spril 11 at 7:15 PM:  To amend the V & T Law to remove the 2 hour parking sign in front of 52 Third St., and to add no parking of tractor trailers on any Village property.  Trustee VanDervoort seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.

            As there was no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM, after which the board held a budget workshop.
