Special Meeting May 28^th 2008

     The purpose of this meeting is the end of the fiscal year budget review and transfers. The meeting was opened at 7:00 pm. Present were Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Kelts, Pascucci, Rocque, and VanDervoort. Attorney Varley, Clerk O’Brien, Deputy Clerk Koblensky, and Treasurer VanDervoort.  Also attending were Chief John Fairclough and Assistant Chief Brian Wright, and Jim O’Brien.

      The Board praised the Fire Dept. for their excellent work in putting out the Broad St. fire.  Chief Fairclough  gave a detailed report of the department expenses.  Diesel fuel was delivered to the site by John Ray & Sons.    

      General Fund abstract of $12,986.08 was approved for payment.

       Trustee Rocque offered Resolution#       to dedicate $45,000 of fund balance to Debt service on Streetscape BAN. Trustee Kelts offered second; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

        Trustee Rocque offered emergency Resolution #       to expend money needed for demolition of 100-104 Broad Street. Trustee Pascucci offered second; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

         Trustee Rocque offered Resolution#       to approve Tax warrant of $246,948.00. Trustee VanDervoort second; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

          The attached list of budget transfers was enacted by Resolution #    offered by Trustee Kelts, second by Trustee Rocque all Trustee and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

 Copy of budget transfers are available in the village office.       

          The meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
