Special Meeting August 26, 2008

                        The purpose of this meeting is to discuss proposal of epa waterline.            Present were Mayor Mahoney Trustee Kelts, Rocque, Pascucci, Attorney Varley and Clerk Koblensky.

                    Trustee Kelts offered resolution#      authorizing Mayor Mahoney to sign contract with the epa to allow waterline access on Village property. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                      Trustee Rocque offered resolution#      authorizing a deposit of $150.00 to

Peebles Island for Volunteer Day on Sept 21^st for the, Fire Dept and Mutual Aid Companys. Trustee Kelts offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                            The meeting was adjourned at 7:10pm.
