Special Meeting June 21, 2010

            The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM. Present were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelts, Rocque, VanDervoort and Carson. Also present were Treasurer Ryan VanDervoort, Attorney Varley and Deputy Clerk Nancy O’Brien.

            Trustee Kelts offered resolution#        to approve serial bond for the new fire truck, through Pioneer Savings Bank $375,000,Maturity 6/23/2020 at 3.46% interest. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

             Trustee Kelts offered resolution#      for the Mayor to sign agreement with Firetec to sell ford hoses old fire truck for 10% of sale price min. $500.00. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

              Trustee Kelts offered resolution#      call for a public hearing on July 14 at 7:15 PM regarding Local Law to regulate parking of travel trailers, motor homes, etc. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                                              As there was no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:20PM.
