Special Meeting March 17, 2010

                   The purpose of this meeting is to accept the tally of votes cast at the Village of Waterford Election held on March 16, 2010. Mayor Mahoney and Trustee Kelts, Rocque, Trustee VanDervoort and Trustee Carson were present.

                      All of the incumbents, running unopposed, were reelected. Total votes received were tallied as follows: Mayor Mahoney, 77; Trustee Kelts, 73; Trustee Rocque, 73; Trustee VanDervoort, 75; Trustee Carson, 74. There were 2 write-in votes for Mayor.  

There was a grand total of 87 votes for the day. Trustee Kelts moved to accept the tally of votes cast. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                   Trustee Kelts moved to pay a General Fund abstract totaling $3,134.80. Trustee Rocque offered the second; All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                                           The meeting was adjourned at 12:11 PM.
