Special Meeting May 27^th 2009

                      The purpose of the meeting was end of the fiscal year financial review and budget  transfers.

      Present were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelts, Rocque VanDervoort and Kelts. Trustee Pascucci was absent. Also present were Deputy Clerk O’Brien and Treasure Ryan VanDervoort.

               General fund abstract in the amount of $3,388.19 and Special projects abstract in the amount of $5,656.77. Trustee Kelts moved to pay the bills upon the approval of the department heads and the board. Trustee Rocque seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

                Trustee Kelts offered resolution#    authorizing the Mayor and Treasure to balance and transfer funds. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                 Trustee Kelts offered resolution#     authorizing the Mayor and Treasure to transfer funds there is enough to dedicate $50,000 to fund balance. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                   Trustee Kelts offered resolution#     to transfer funds to special projects Acct. $25-30,000 if feasible. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

There was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25PM.
