Special Meeting—October 26, 2005

            The meeting followed a public hearing about amending the local law regarding the senior housing district on Washington Ave. Trustees Kelts, Rocque, and VanDervoort and Mayor Mahoney were present.  Trustee Pascucci was excused.

            Trustee Rocque offered Resolution #       amending the senior housing district to include 16 units and a minimum of 24 parking spaces.     It was also stipulated that the matter should be sent back to the Planning Board to address contingencies about parking and landscaping before a C.O. can be issued.  Trustee Kelts offered the second; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.

            A voucher in the amount of $434.50 was approved for immediate payment to the

Waterford Historical Museum for the village share of Heritage Day expenses.

            The meeting was recessed at 7:40 PM and the board went into executive session.

The session ended at 8PM.  No business was transacted  and the meeting was adjourned.
