Special Meeting—Nov. 7, 2005

            The purpose of this meeting is to approve a change of personnel.  All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney were present.

            Trustee Kelts moved to accept, with regret, the resignation of Brenda Fletcher as Village Treasurer, effective Oct. 31, 2005.  Trustee Rocque seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

            Trustee Rocque moved to appoint Robert Thompson to fill the office of Village Treasurer, the appointment to be retroactive to Nov. 1, 2005.  Trustee Pascucci seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

            There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
