Special Meeting—Nov. 21, 2005

            This meeting was called to address some important financial issues.  Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Pascucci, Kelts, and VanDervoort were present, as well as Clerk O’Brien and Attorney Varley.

            Trustee Kelts offered Resolution #      to approve a $200,000. rollover of the BAN borrowed for the Streetscape projec.  Trustee VanDervoort offered the second.
