Special Meeting February 3, 2009

                Present were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelts, Rocque, VanDervoort and Clerk Koblensky.

                 Trustee Kelts offered resolution# authorizing the Mayor to sign Waste Management contract with the Town of Waterford. Trustee Rocque offered the second.

All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.
