Special Meeting February 25, 2009

       The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM. Present were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelt, Rocque, VanDervoort and Pascucci. Attorney Varley, Clerk Koblensky, Ron Bova, Mr. Sydor and Michael Marchese were also present.

        The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issuing an order for the repair of the porch on 8 Division Street. Also to discuss EPA, GE Lawsuit.

         Trustee Kelts offered resolution#   to issue an order that within 7 days of February 25, 2009 the owner of 8 Division Street, to stabilize the porch pursuant to a plan, sealed by a licensed engineer in the State of NY; that the proposed plan of stabilization be reviewed and approved by Ronald A. Bova, P.E. prior to the commencement of stabilization; and that the completion of the stabilization of the porch be completed within 14 days of February 25, 2009. If the owner fails to comply with this order the Board shall take appropriate action pursuant to section 92-4 of the code of the Village of Waterford. Trustee Pascucci offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

         Trustee Rocque offered resolution #   authorizing the Mayor sign a retainer agreement with the Town of Waterford in regards to the EPA-GE Lawsuit. Trustee Kelts  offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                                  As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40PM.
