Special Meeting March 24^th 2009

                      The meting was called to order at 7:00PM. Present were Mayor Mahoney, Trustee Kelts, Rocque, VanDervoort, Pascucci and Deputy Clerk O’Brien.

                      The purpose of this meeting our audit and budget workshop, also to discuss 8 Division Street, Chris Marchand hired to do the work will begin next week.

                       Trustee Kelts offered resolution#    authorizing the Mayor to seek bids for the porch at 8 Division Street in the event the deal falls through. Trustee Pascucci offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                        Trustee Kelts offered resolution#    calling for a public hearing for the tentative budget on Wednesday April 8^th at 7:15PM. Trustee Rocque offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                        Trustee VanDervoort offered motion to adjourned to conduct budget workshop. Trustee Pascucci offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.
