Special Meeting—March 31, 2004

            This meeting was called to review the proposed budget and discuss progress with the legal action against the owner of 112 Broad Street.

            Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Kelts, Passcucci, and Rocque were present.  Trustee VanDervoort was excused.  Clerk O’Brien and Treasurer Gorham were also present.

            After a complete review of the proposed budget, Trustee Kelts moved to call a Public Hearing on the 2004-05 budget for April 14 at 7PM.  Trustee Rocque seconded the motion; all Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.

            Mayor Mahoney reported that the owner of 112 Broad St. has been ordered to appear in Waterford Town Court on April 15 and a permanent injunction is being sought in the State Supreme Court in Saratoga County.  No date has been set for that appearance.

            The meeting was adjourned at 8 PM.
