Special Meeting—May 17, 2004

            The meeting was called to order at 7:35PM following a public hearing on Local Law #2 of 2004.  The purpose of this special meeting is to vote on adoption of this local law, which could provide up to 50% funding for sidewalk construction or repair.

The roll call showed Mayor Mahoney and Trustees Kelts and Rocque to be present.  Trustees Pascucci and VanDervoort were absent.

            Trustee Rocque offered Resolution #          to adopt Local Law #2 of 2004.

Trustee Kelts offered the second; both Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.

            Trustee Kelts offered Resolution #       , authorizing Chazen Engineering to go out to bid on the first phase of the Streetscape Project.   Trustee Rocque offered the second; both Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted Yes.  Bids will be opened on June 11.

            Mayor Mahoney called another special meeting for Thursday, May 27 at 7PM.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
