Special Meeting—May 27, 2004

            The purpose of this meeting is for making any necessary fiscal year end budget transfers.

            The roll call showed Mayor Mahoney, Trustees Kelts, Rocque and VanDervoort to be present.  Trustee Pascucci was absent.  Treasurer Fletcher, Deputy Treasurer Gorham and Clerk O’Brien were also present.

           With the unanimous approval of the Trustees and Mayor Mahoney, the following budget transfers were authorized:

            From A1990.4: $9,000 was transferred to A1325.4

                                     $    190.was transferred to A1355.4
