Special Meeting March 21, 2012

                   The purpose of this meeting is to accept the tally of votes cast at the Village of Waterford Election held on March 20, 2012. Mayor Mahoney and Trustee VanDervoort and Trustee Carson were present.

                      All of the incumbents, running unopposed, were reelected. Total votes received were tallied as follows: Mayor Mahoney 58; Trustee VanDervoort 56;Trustee Carson 56; Trustee Wichelns 57; Trustee Fairclough 63; There were 3 write-in votes for Mayor.  There were 5 write-in votes for Trustees.

There was a grand total of 69 votes for the day. Trustee VanDervoort moved to accept the tally of votes cast. Trustee Carson offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

Trustee VanDervoort moved to pay a General Fund abstract totaling $9,289.06. Trustee Carson offered the second. All Trustees and Mayor Mahoney voted yes.

                                           The meeting was adjourned at 12:09 PM.
